Jim Lynch has been sailing on and off since he was 14 years old. He's still learning. He was laid off in February of 2005 from SGI. That was a fortunate event since he was planning on quitting later that year. He's been an amateur radio operator since 1958 and hopefully soon will be a life member of the ARRL. He's still working part time at Fayette Digital Consultants, Inc. as a software engineer.
Sue has been sailing with Jim since before they married in 1986. She's recently taken a sailing class and is itching to get out and practice. Sue retired from teaching in 2005 after 35 years in the classroom. She is also an amateur radio operator. She enjoys all sorts of water activities and is a certified diver but prefers snorkling these days.
